Volunteers
The 5th annual Art & Air Fair is fast approaching, on June 6 - 8, 2008, and we are looking for individuals and groups who are interested in volunteering for this annual event. Over 90 artists, in 12 categories, have been selected to exhibit and sell their fine art at the Fair. This year's Fair will again be held on the beautiful grounds of Eden Seminary, at the corner of Lockwood and Bompart, in Webster Groves. Live entertainment, and a mix of delicious foods and beverages, will surely help continue to make Art & Air a strong summer tradition. If you have any questions relating to volunteering, feel free to contact our Volunteer Chair.
Volunteering Details
Volunteers may choose to help in a variety of areas including: Volunteer Check-in, Information/First Aid Booth, Artist Relations, Art & Air Studios, Food Booths, and Site and Public Services. Shifts are available in 2 to 5 hour shifts, and we ask that volunteers arrive a few minutes prior to their shift to check in and become oriented with the Art & Air layout. Volunteers will be assigned to an area based on need. If you wish to request a specific assignment, please do so on the sign-up form, and we will make every effort to meet that request. All volunteers will receive a special Art & Air volunteer t-shirt to wear during their shift, and will enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages at the Fair.
